INGREDIENTS:
Pearled whole wheat flour, sugar, and baking powder
YOU WILL NEEED:
1 package of Sixteen Grain Pancake Mix
2 eggs or egg replacement (i.e 6 tbsp apple sauce or 1 banana)
3 tbsp oil or melted butter
PREP:
Mix together liquid ingredients
Add Sixteen Grains Mix. Stir or whisk to combine. Add a splash of milk if needed.
Add 1/2 cup of batter to hot oiled pan
Pancakes are ready to flip when bubbles appear on top and begin to pop. Serve with your favourite toppings!

Best pancakes ever!
The pancakes were a big hit in our house. Just picked up my order today and my kids asked me to make them for supper. They loved every bite. Even better that it is local. Will definitely order again.
