INGREDIENTS:

Pearled whole wheat flour, baking powder and salt

YOU WILL NEEED:

1 package of Sixteen Grain Pizza Dough Mix
1 cup + 2 tbsp water
Optional: 1 tbsp oil

PREP:

Heat oven to 450°F.
Add all contents of pizza flour mix to a medium bowl.
Add water and oil (optional), mixing well with fork and/or hands to incorporate dry mix
and form a ball. Dough will be slightly tacky.
Cover dough in bowl and let rest for 5 min.
Roll out or press dough on to a greased or parchment lined baking sheet. Dough will
double in thickness during baking.
Top with preferred toppings and bake at 450°F for 10-15 mins or until crust is lightly browned.

Quick and Easy for my Pizza Cravings

Sixteen Grains pizza dough has honestly become my go-to for quick homemade pizza nights. It comes together so fast with just water and oil, and after a short rest, the dough is super easy to work with. The texture bakes up perfectly into soft and chewy inside with a crispy golden crust. It tastes like way more effort than it actually is, which is exactly what I need for craving emergencies like dill pickle pizza season 🍕🥒

Not a hit in my family

Sixteen Grains Pizza Dough unfortunately did not meet my expectations for a tasty pizza dough. I followed the exact instructions to bake it according to the package. My whole family did not enjoy the taste of the dough. They found it that it tasted too "grainy" and dry. I also found that it didn't taste that good. The flavour of the wheat and grains were very overpowering and the texture was thick. Overall I would not be recommending this product.

I wanted to make an easy dinner for my family so I am so glad I had a bag of the pizza dough on hand, ready to use when we were ready! Fresh and healthy pizza made in less than 30 minutes! Prep and all

I liked it!

I made 4 mini pizzas using one package of this and was relieved at how easy it was to prep the dough. It was quick, easy, and straight forward. I did wish that the package stated how much dough this would make (i.e. one 12 inch pizza or four 6 inch pizzas) so that I had a better idea of what I was working with.
The dough came out crispy on the outside and chewy on the inside with a good whole wheat taste that I personally enjoyed (my kids did not but was fine when they ate the pizza with the toppings). This was really fun and easy to use and would totally recommend!
