INGREDIENTS:

Pearled whole wheat flour, sugar, Saskatoon berry powder and baking powder

YOU WILL NEEED:

1 package of Sixteen Grain Pancake Mix
2 eggs or egg replacement (i.e 6 tbsp apple sauce or 1 banana)
3 tbsp oil or melted butter

PREP:

Mix together liquid ingredients
Add Sixteen Grains Mix. Stir or whisk to combine. Add a splash of milk if needed.
Add 1/2 cup of batter to hot oiled pan
Pancakes are ready to flip when bubbles appear on top and begin to pop. Serve with your favourite toppings!
